Kim Meyer is a licensed clinical social worker & has been practing mental health techniques with clients for over 15 years.  She is certified in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialactical behavioral therapy & trauma informed care practice. She is a also a certified triathlon coach, sports psychologist & Ironman finisher.  Recently, Kim has practiced with athletes of various ages & abilities.  She has successfully helped budding and striving athletes in achieving a stronger MENTAL edge on their performance.  One such athelete who successfully applied emotional intelligence building skills in sports peformance with highly successful outcomes qualified for the Olympics.  She will teach and YOU will practice these very same skills, in this workshop series.  

Kim will be guiding you through an 8 series on-line workshop on learning & applying emotional endurance techniques within triathlon related sports, specifically.  Each session will have a specific topic and practical exercises to compete during the session time.  It will also incorporate in-between skill practice.

The registration fee covers all 8 sessions, and is not an individual fee per workshop session.

Athletes of any level can improve their performance success, no matter the goal, by improving their emotional and mental techniques before and during training sessions.  Race day strategies will be practiced during training sessions in order to have the best possible race performance.

Never neglect the mental aspect of your physical training.  The mind must not give out before the body does.

Restrictions

Participants will be provided a ZOOM private log in for attendance.  If participants have difficulty accessing Zoom, the sessions will be recorded.

If technical difficulties occur on the side of the presenter, an alternate live session date will be provided.
