1:30pm: Lunch (on your own...please bring the nutrition that suits you best)

- How to stay safe in a group
- Pace lining
- Benefits of training with groups
4pm - Conclusion
Pre-Clinic Safety Screening Required (a self-screen questionaire will be provided). Please do not attend if you are feeling ill.
Social Distancing and masks will be requested when not riding or not able to maintain a 6 ft. distance with another
Equipment needed: Road Bike (no mountain bikes or bikes with aerobars on them); helmet; sunglasses; 1-2 bottles of water, cycling gloves, 1-2 replacement tubes (in case you get a flat). Please make sure your breaks and gears are operating appropriately. A rear bike light is highly recommended, for increased visability.
This event will only be cancelled in the event of heavy downpour or lighteninng.
